Что касательно качества, то это стандартный LibVorbis 1.2.0 плюс некоторые изменения.
И еще одна замечательная штука, теперь при понижении lowpass, будет понижаться следом и битрейт.

-ocp : use Point-Stereo (not recommended/required for low bitrates) -ocb : use constant bitrate (else VBR)(not recommended)
-olp KHZ : set lowpass filter (cut off high sounds)(ie:-olp 16.5)

Wave editor functions:
-ct : cut zero samples (from the begin and the end of file)
